Elena Nistal is a lawyer and founding partner of Nistal & Associados. Dedicated to serving the interests of national and foreign citizens in Portugal, mainly in the areas of Portuguese nationality, immigration and residence, in the realization of their civil rights in Portugal and in Europe.
Elena advises international Clients in the areas of Real Estate Investment with special attention to the Latin American and Asian markets, accompanying them in the processes of relocation in Portuguese territory.
Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid in Spain since 2001, Elena is actively registered with the Portuguese Bar Association under number 54631L and with the Madrid Bar Association under number C.77299.
Elena has been working in Portugal since 2005 as a lawyer in the area of Private International Law and Portuguese Nationality.
Founded the Law Firm Nistal & Pirro in 2010.
Elena was a founding partner of Nistal & Associados Law Firm in 2015, of which she is currently the managing partner.
Postgraduate in Real Estate Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2016/2017).
Postgraduate in Law and Practice of Administrative Procedure and Proceedings by Law School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2020).
